Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with ZUMA Motors. We appreciate the trust you place in us when making a purchase. Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied, we are here to help.
Returns
You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@zumoto.caΒ to obtain a return authorization. Once you receive the authorization, please ship the item back to us with a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Please note that following item is not eligible for return, including:
- Customized or personalized items.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, contact our customer service to obtain an exchange authorization. Please note that exchanges are subject to availability.
Shipping
All products must be in their original condition and packaging. We provide prepaid shipping labels for eligible returns.
Refunds are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
